Returns & Exchanges

An email with your Tracking Reference Number will be sent to notify you once your order has been shipped:

– All local parcels can be tracked here.

– All overseas parcels can be tracked: QExpress (for Malaysia), SingPost, Aramex.

– Please note that free deliveries entitlement are based on the final amount payable i.e. after deduction of vouchers, discounts and store credits.

-Our courier rates do not include import tax and we regret to inform that import tax will be borne by the customer.

 

Local Shipping

Free shipping within Singapore is available for orders above SGD80. If your order is under SGD80, there is a shipping charge of SGD4 for each order.

Your parcel will arrive within 3-5 business days from the date of order placed. This is not applied for pre-order items.

 

Malaysia Shipping

Free shipping within Malaysia is available for orders above SGD150. If your order is under SGD150, there is a shipping charge of SGD8 for each order.

Your parcel will arrive within 8-10 business days from the date of order placed. This is not applied for pre-order items.

 

Vietnam Shipping

Domestic shipping will be shipped via GiaoHangTietKiem.

Indonesian, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand Shipping

Free shipping within these mentioned locations is available for orders above SGD250. If your order is under SGD250, there is a shipping charge of SGD25 for each order.

Your parcel will arrive within 10-15 business days from the date of order placed. This is not applied for pre-order items.

 

Rest of the world Shipping

Free shipping is available for orders above SGD300. If your order is under SGD300, there is a shipping charge of SGD30 for each order.
